Cindy

Hi, I'm Cindy!

In 1996 my husband and I moved into The House. I had a vision for a place that really should have been bulldozed. Initially, “friends” even commented on why we would move into that house and onto that land….well….we owned it. In that home, my husband and I raised our children and fostered close to 40 other children where we took in homeless and recovering or attempting to recover addicts. Over the years, we developed the grounds that we now call “The House”, originally R Wedding House. So much has changed over the years. The current dance floor used to be an inground trampoline and the pool area was built out in a dirt field. I drew up the plans and my husband and I laid out and planted the entire grounds. In 2014, we did a soft opening hosting mostly friends and families weddings but by 2015 the business exploded. In 2016 I was approached about starting venues on other private properties. We began to plan R Weddings and Events second site, The Ranch in Selma and by 2017, we had it opened. With partners, in 2017 we began to evolve and have been growing since.

Hi My name is Josie!

I got married at R weddings The House in 2021! I recently started growing my family. I loved planning my own wedding I decided to start wedding coordinating.

Caitlyn

Hello there, party people! My name is Caitlyn Musto!

I have been coordinating weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, you name it, for my family, friends, bridesmaids and groomsmen from past weddings, and all those in between since my own wedding in 2018. I had the first wedding to be held at our very own R Weddings site, The Ranch! When I tell you that R Weddings helps construct these sites from the ground up, I am not kidding you. In January 2018 I visited the site and it was a patch of grass and a half constructed barn (now the bridal suite). Our owner Cindy showed me mock plans and said "trust me," and we did and have never regretted it since. I loved planning my wedding so much and working with Cindy that I wanted to spread my knowledge with more brides by her side. When I am not camping or traveling on the weekends, I am planning my next event!

Hi, my name is Adela!

I have coordinated around 100 events (weddings, Quinceañeras, proms, etc.) and I still LOVE what I do. It is like going to a party every weekend! I love my family and our dinner dates once a week! I love cooking! I want to share a few phrases that have got me though life, treat people the same way you want to be treated and the show must go on!

Hi, my name is Alyssa!

I am a lover of: dogs, thrifting, interior design, Europe, and craft cocktails! I have always had a love for planning, designing, and coordinating events (from birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, and weddings). I am a past R Wedding and Events Bride so when my wedding came to an end I knew I wanted to join these wonderful ladies in making our couples big day go picture perfect!

Melina

Hello! My name is Melina.

In 2021, I was made of honor at my best friend’s s wedding. Ever since, I remained in the wedding industry. It has been a very rewarding and challenging journey. I love connecting with and meeting new people - I get that opportunity at every wedding. On my downtime, I like to practice calligraphy and take random road-trips.

Momi

I’m Momi and I’m the coordinator at Meadowrest!

I have been a coordinator for a few years at several venues in the valley and Sierra Nevadas. I believe I have somewhere around 300 events on my roster consisting of baby showers, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, proms and WEDDINGS of course! Gardening is a favorite hobby of mine. My true favorite hobby is hosting dinners or lunches at my house — however, to be neutral from event planning at even that scale — I love gardening because it’s some time to be alone and reconnect to my home. I was raised in agriculture so outside if my favorite place to be! My favorite drink is easily a Moscow Mule or a great glass of Argentinian Malbec.

Hi! My name is Sydney Penner!

I am 20 years old, and I LOVE working with R Weddings and Events! My favorite thing about being a venue coordinator is meeting new people and being able to witness such an important day for them! I love to travel, hike, and spend time with my family.

Allison

Hi, my name is Allison!

I’ve worked my way up at R Weddings from setup and teardown to venue coordinator! I love working for R Weddings and getting to be a part of so many special occasions in people’s lives. When I’m not working I love to spend time with my family and I’m also currently a student at Fresno State studying Speech Pathology.
